Each product variation may have a different "best before" date. We ensure that every item we ship is well within its shelf life, so you can shop with confidence. If you have any concerns, feel free to double-check upon placing your order.
Returns Policy
We accept returns for most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, bubble wrap intact (if applicable), and in original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns, and customers bear a SGD 7.99 fee for the second parcel onwards unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items). Refunds take up to four weeks to process, including shipping, handling, and bank processing times. To request a return, email contact@ari.sg for approval and instructions.
Shipping
We offer Standard Delivery (1-3 working days), Next-Day Delivery, and Same-Day Delivery for local orders. Orders placed before 2 PM for standard and next-day delivery or before 12 noon for same-day delivery will be processed promptly. International shipping is available, with delivery times shown at checkout. Shipping rates are weight-based, and all weights are rounded to the next full Singapore dollars. Delays may occur during festivals and long weekends. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
