Returns Policy
We accept returns for most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, bubble wrap intact (if applicable), and in original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns, and customers bear a SGD 7.99 fee for the second parcel onwards unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items). Shipping
We offer Standard Delivery (1-3 working days), Next-Day Delivery, and Same-Day Delivery for local orders. Orders placed before 2 PM for standard and next-day delivery or before 12 noon for same-day delivery will be processed promptly. International shipping is available, with delivery times shown at checkout. Shipping rates are weight-based, and all weights are rounded to the next full Singapore dollars. Delays may occur during festivals and long weekends. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
