Returns Policy

We accept returns for most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, bubble wrap intact (if applicable), and in original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns, and customers bear a SGD 7.99 fee for the second parcel onwards unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
